Secretary to property director | village location

Are you an experienced Secretary? Would you like a new position where you #39;re providing day to day PA and Secretarial support to a Property Director who has an exceptional reputation? If so we have the ideal role for you. Working in a beautiful village location, you #39;ll be working as part of a team of 18, in a converted barn with on site parking. Please find all the details below: Job title: Secretary to Property Director Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with frac12; hour for lunch Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 Location: Near Ashford, your own transport is required due to the location of the company Benefits: 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays 1 day extra leave for each year you work Team drinks on the last Friday of the month Sports event in the summer. This year they #39;re going for a mild swim in the sea, a walk, cycle, 9 mile ramble, finishing at one of the Directors for a BBQ. * Please note you do not have to take part. Christmas Party - Last year this was held at Port Lympne Your duties as the Secretary: 50% of the role is that associated with working in a busy Property department for example: Answering telephone enquiries - this can be busy, especially in Spring Booking viewings Uploading property details Sending property particulars Keeping the property database systems up to date etc 50% is general administration duties for example: Diary management E-mail management Drafting property particulars Audio typing; valuation reports Filing Any other ad hoc duties such as making tea and coffeeThe ideal candidate will have: Previous Secretarial experience Knowledge of the Property sector would be a distinct advantage Experience using in house Property systems such as Alto would be an advantage, but not essential Next steps: If you have the above skills and experience then please apply today - this is such an incredible opportunity where you can really grow your career at this company.
